  • Jessica Alba's matte orange lip applied by makeup artist Lauren Anderson and was created with Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick in Riviera. The color was inspired by the Oscar de la Renta dress  - Anderson "loved the contrast between her glowing skin and the matte orange lip."

  • Kerry Washington's makeup artist Carola Gonzalez paired her nude Miu Miu gown with a bold eye (with purple as the starring shade). The colors she used were: Lancome Color Design Infinite 24H Eye Shadow in Evermore Lilac, Lancome Color Design Eye Shadow in Mochaccino and Lancome Artliner in Smoke.

  • Actress Jessica Chastain had a gorgeous berry lip stain to complete her look, which makeup artist Kristofer Buckle achieved with L'Oreal Paris Colour Caresse Shine Stain in Berry Persistent.

  • Celebrity manicurist Kimmie Kyees used a sheer coat of Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in So Much Fawn and two coats of Copper Penny to help her with her custom look for Adele. She then added an exclusive topcoat with gold glitter in it to enhance the gold in the Copper Penny polish.

  • Rachel Weisz also had a berry lip to complete her old Hollywood glamour look. Makeup artist Melanie Inglessis wanted to compliment her Louis Vuitton dress and create a classic look for her, so she chose a berry lip shade (Giorgio Armani Lip Maestro in #201) and suggests to gently tap it on with your ring finger like a stain for a modern, youthful look.

  • Zooey Deschanel showed off film strip nails (created by manicurist Tom Bachik, a L'Oreal Paris Consulting Expert). The base of the manicure is a white, with gold and black detailing.

  • Singer Katharine McPhee not only showed off quite the sexy Theyskens Theory dress but she also had a bold smokey eye for the red carpet. McPhee's makeup artist, Jake Bailey, thought the look should be strong and sultry like her dress. He used a mixture of NARS shadows from the Cordura Duo Eyeshadow palette
