While some of us have had the perfect Halloween costume planned for months, it’s easy to let the whole picking out a costume thing slide through life’s cracks. By the time the weekend hits, most outfits will be sold out, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t put together a last minute look that can rival store-bought get-ups. October 31 is all about taking on an alter ego for the day, but this doesn’t mean you need to be spending tons of money and planning forever to have an awesome Halloween costume.
In an effort to help out all of our “procrastinistas” (yes, we just made up that word and yes, it means a fashionista-procrastinator) we put together a list of last minute Halloween ideas that only require eyeliner, red lipstick, or colored hairspray (and maybe some homemade felt ears or a flannel shirt). Most girls will have at least eyeliner and red lipstick in their beauty bag and colored hairspray probably won’t be sold out, so these looks lend themselves to being last minute friendly.
