We have to admit we have been inundated with Marilyn Monroe interpretations on the cover of magazines over the last few months, but that hasn’t made us any less excited for the release of the MAC Cosmetics line in her honor. The color collection channels Marilyn’s sex appeal in both shades and products such as an array of classic red lipsticks and luscious false lashes and black liners.

I’m so glad to see this! I’ve been super psyched over this collection and have already pre ordered a couple of the shadows (sight unseen) from the MAC counter at Nordstrom! Now I know what to add to that order <3
I am SO disappointed by the fact that MAC is using the Milton Green photos of MM; they do NOT represent her beauty & femininity!!!! at all!! WHY OH WHY are these photos being used when there are SO MANY others that truly show Marilyn at her best, as opposed to these stark, dark, and really not attractive photos of her!!! Shame on you, MAC cosmetics for allowing this!!!!!!!!!

NOT TRUE………AMY GREEN is the widow of photographer Milton Green, whose AWFUL & unflattering photos of Marilyn ‘adorn’ the MAC Cosmetics line named after her…..let’s try to keep our facts straight, people!!!
and ONCE AGAIN I have to protest the use of Green’s incredibly unflattering photos of MM!!!!
